Product Description

Extravaganza is an excellent example of the rich Rhone-style red wines that are being produced in small lots in Paso Robles. It is crafted of Syrah and Petite Sirah grown on the east side of Paso Robles and blended to produce a wine with smoky dark fruit and spice. The elegant, spicy Syrah is complemented by blackberry and plum flavors of Petite Sirah. This wine has forward fruit and a velvety texture with an alcohol content of 15%. It was aged for two years in 60 gallon French oak barrels. There are only 75 cases of 2005.
